Description

Despite progress in recent years, women remain underrepresented in the geosciences, and their careers have suffered disproportionately during the COVID-19 pandemic. This session will discuss barriers to retention and advancement of women in geosciences and ways to overcome them. We welcome data-based presentations as well as personal vignettes.
